This house is currently under construction on the Otago Peninsula. Designed for a very tricky site the house is approached from the rear. Garage and living spaces are located on the upper level with bedrooms downstairs. The west facing elevation is organised by 3 double height bay windows. Each of the 6 windows in these elements are protected from the western sun by external roller blinds.
